Hi, I'm so happy you're here!

Welcome to Sarah in Florence, my study abroad travel blog. My name is Sarah Loo and I’m currently a junior in the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. I am double majoring in International Business and Marketing, while also minoring in Fashion Design & Merchandising. Thanks to the support of the Johnson Scholarship Foundation, I will be studying in Florence, Italy Spring of 2024! My aim for this blog is to share my individual experiences and adventures with others who are studying abroad or are interested in traveling to Florence.

It is an honor to be selected as a recipient for the Johnson scholarship and I am thrilled to share my experiences while living in Florence, Italy. In pursuing my study abroad, I aspire to immerse myself in diverse cultures, create lasting connections, and embrace new challenges.
